  • Shortlisting candidates (filter the candidates for you or with you to come up with candidates to interview ensuring you do not fall foul of any legisaltion such as discrimination or right to work in the UK)
  • Interviewing (we can advise on the "how and why" of interviewing and train you and your team to ensure you abide with legisaltion on what you can and can't do in an interview situation. We can help you develop the interview process, questions and format and attend the interviews and guide you through the process or be an additional interviewer in the process)
  • Correspondence (we can assist you with the process by receiving applications or C.V.'s and letting all applicants know the outcome of their application - regret letters, unsuccessful letters or offer letters)
  • Pre employment  checks (take up references on your behalf, carry out right to work in the UK checks and provide guidance on overseas checks, disclosures for safeguarding others and medical issues)
